Surprise your Sibling this Raksha Bandhan

Raksha Bandhan is an occasion of celebrating the love and bond between siblings. The love between siblings is one of the best and purest forms of love. Back in school days, it used to be one the perfect occasion for a family get together. I remember how I used to visit different shops to purchase the best Rakhi for my cousin brother and on the other hand he would spoil me with lovely gifts every year and not to forget the amazing sweets and chocolates we both munched on!

Now that we are settled in different cities, we realize how precious and wonderful those days were. How we wish, we could meet up and celebrate Raksha Bandhan at my home again! Last week, my bestie was telling me how excited she is to celebrate the occasion this year with her brother, who is returning home after 5 long years. On the other hand, I was already feeling sad for my brother. On inquiring why I looked so lost, I told her how I wish I could also send my brother a Rakhi gift. Then she switched on her laptop and introduced me to this really useful website called Ferns N Petals. It is an online gifting portal where you can send customized gifts for every occasion to anywhere across India. In fact, she has been sending gifts to some of her friends and relatives on different occasions through them.

On browsing further, I found some really cool Rakhsha Bandhan gift sets like Chokola brownies which look heavenly and also their hamper that includes a bright kurta for the brother. With so many gift options, I spent hours on the website because I just couldn’t decide what I liked better. After making up my mind, I shortlisted one elaborate gift hamper for my cousin brother which I am going to send to him soon. And I am sure he will be happy with the surprise and might end up sending something for me as well!
