How To Do Facial At Home

Hello girls, I’m overloaded these days with upcoming exam pressure, assignments etc. It Is hard to be regular on the blog. Stress can show up on face very easily. Stress can give us dark circles & other skin problems. It is not possible to spend money buying products every time we get those “panda eyes” or patchy skin.Facials can do
wonders to your skin. They help to brighten your skin & increase blood circulation on your face.Today I’ll be telling you how to do facial at home.

Step 1. Cleansing:
Wash your face with water. Pat dry. Mix 2 tbsp of gram flour to quarter cup of water & make a paste. The paste should not be too thick. Apply it with on your face & massage with gentle upward strokes for 2 minutes. Wash it off with cold water. This will clean the dirt accumulated on your face

Step 2. Exfoliating:
Use 1 tbsp of ground oatmeal & mix it with water to make a paste. Apply it on your face & massage gently for 5 minutes giving special emphasis to your cheeks, on your forehead, bridge of your nose & corners of your lips. Wash off with water. This will exfoliate your skin & remove dead cells, black heads & white heads.



3. Rejuvenating Facial Steam:
Boil half pot of water. As the water starts bubbling turn off the gas. Add tea tree oil & cover the pot. Let the tea oil infuse for 2 minutes. Remove the lid. Cover your head with a towel & hold in the steam from the pot directly for 15 minutes. This will open up your clogged pores. To seal the pores, don’t forget to dab some ice cubes on your face.



4. Massaging:
Massaging is an important step in a facial. It increases blood circulation in face. Massage your face using an equal mixture of lemon & honey with upward circular stroke. Massage for 15 minutes. Wash off with water.


5. Nourishing Face pack
Take papaya slices, mix it well with 2 tbsp of honey & curd each. Apply it to your face & neck evenly. Keep it for 20 minutes. Wash off with water. Papaya works on sun burns & tans while honey soothes skin from within.



6. Moisturizing:
Apply your regular moisturizer or apply a mixture of rose water & glycerine. Moisturizing your skin helps to nourish your skin cells & keep your skin youthful.


Following the above steps can give you glowing skin at home with no extra cost. Stay away from chemicals, apply all that’s natural!
